Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fundraiser based in Delhi, India. The role involves developing effective fundraising strategies, building and nurturing donor relationships, and managing campaigns to drive the company’s mission and growth. We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and dynamic individual with a strategic vision to lead our fundraising efforts, ultimately enabling us to provide care to underprivileged patients.

The ideal candidate will excel at forging meaningful connections with donors and funding agencies while gaining expertise in positioning the organization for substantial growth. You will play a critical role in advancing Cosmic MedTech Solutions’ mission by designing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy. This includes cultivating relationships with key donors, crafting compelling narratives that showcase CMTS’s impact, and collaborating across teams to align fundraising efforts with programmatic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to scale CMTS’s operations and impact.
• Identify, prioritize, and secure funding opportunities, including grants, philanthropic donations, CSR partnerships, and innovative financing models.
• Build and maintain a sustainable funding pipeline aligned with CMTS’s mission and growth goals.
2. Donor Engagement and Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners to ensure ongoing support.
• Organize and lead donor presentations, networking events, and impactful meetings to communicate CMTS’s mission and achievements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value donors, ensuring transparency and fostering trust.

1. Proposal Development:
• Lead the creation of tailored, high-quality proposals for diverse funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with donor priorities.
• Collaborate with program teams to craft proposals emphasizing measurable outcomes and CMTS’s unique value proposition.
• Develop compelling narratives showcasing CMTS’s impact and vision for improving care for underprivileged patients.

1. Grant Management and Reporting:
• Oversee grant agreements, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards.
• Work with the Grants Manager to prepare and submit accurate progress reports that highlight program impact.

• Monitor trends in healthcare funding and disease management to identify emerging opportunities.
• Explore and implement innovative funding models to diversify CMTS’s revenue streams.
