Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive based in Delhi, India, to join our dynamic team at Cosmic MedTech Solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and revenue growth by generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is passionate, motivated, and skilled in communication, with the ability to connect meaningfully with customers and stakeholders. Qualifications

 A bachelor’s degree in science or a related field is preferred, but passion and drive are valued above formal qualifications.

Key Skills

Demonstrate proficiency in inside sales, lead generation techniques, and customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to build relationships and deliver persuasive solutions.

Tools & Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results. Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers through research, outreach, and communication via phone, email, and online platforms. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive engagement and conversions.

 

  • Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding the customer base. Take a proactive approach to driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

 

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, features, and benefits to confidently communicate value propositions and address customer needs effectively.

 

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals, ensuring a seamless approach to achieving business objectives.

 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
