Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated with analytical mindset Product & Clinical Manager to oversee our Transfusion Medicine product line. This role combines product management and clinical expertise, ensuring the successful market positioning, training, and adoption of our transfusion medicine solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Transfusion Medicine consultants and healthcare professionals, sales & marketing teams, and regulatory bodies to drive product success and clinical acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Develop and execute product strategies to enhance market penetration and adoption.
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback assessments to drive product improvements.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including launch, training, and post-market support.
• Provide insights into pricing, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements for transfusion medicine products.

Clinical Support & Training:

• Act as a clinical expert for transfusion medicine products, providing support to hospitals, blood banks, and diagnostic labs.
• Develop and deliver clinical training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, trials, and case studies to demonstrate product efficacy and safety.
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot clinical concerns related to product usage.
• Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, transfusion protocols, and regulatory standards.

Sales & Business Development Support:

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• Support key account management, building strong relationships with blood banks, transfusion centres, and clinicians.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, white papers, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent the company and engage with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).

Key Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge of transfusion medicine, blood component separation, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and training skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive product positioning and clinical adoption.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for training, customer visits, and industry events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy subject or a related field is preferred, but passion and drive are valued above formal qualifications
