Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Urology to lead and accelerate sales growth for our urology product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, conducting personalized sales calls, and developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand market presence. This role demands strategic thinking and a strong grasp of scientific concepts to navigate the medical device market successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the urology segment.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Drive sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Customer & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including urologists and hospitals,
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with the customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely product availability.
- Provide feedback to marketing team on customer insights and market demand
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field preferred but passion and drive are valued above formal qualifications.

- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
